Flaps

The flap is a device that, with its performance and function, enables directing materials in the desired direction. It is installed in gravity transport lines in places where it is necessary to change the direction of movement of the transported material. It is used in the transportation of granular, floury and lumpy materials.

The constituent parts of the valve are: a housing with one inlet and two or three outlets, flaps, supported on the shaft and sliding bushings on the sides of the housing. The shaft is connected to the control levers on one side and the position stop on the other side. There are flanges for connection to the transport device on each of the outputs. The flap is supplied with manual, electric motor and pneumatic drive.
