The “LIPP” double seam system is the most advanced technology for making silos in the world. The method of production is completely unique. Rolling begins with the introduction of the tape into the machine, horizontal trimming, loading and installation of the roof, after which the silo grows vertically in height until it is finished.

The tape with a width of 495 mm is introduced into the rolling machine, where the tape is profiled as shown in the picture. A seam of width 30-40 mm is formed around the body of the silo, which plays a role in strengthening the structure of the silo itself.

A wide range of materials can be used to make silos, but the most common ones are classic steel strip and galvanized steel strip.
