Screw conveyors

The screw conveyor is a reliable device for transporting granular and powdery materials.

Screw conveyors are made as tubular and as trough.

As part of our production program, screw conveyors of various sizes are produced with a spiral diameter of Ø 160 – Ø 400 mm. The capacity of screw conveyors is from 5 to 100 t/h.

We make auger conveyors in a trough design, except when it is necessary to achieve transport at an angle, then tubular auger conveyors are made, with the fact that a gradual increase in speed along the length of the auger conveyor is required, which is achieved by a gradual increase in the steps of the auger conveyor. The coil of the auger that carries out the transport is made of sheet steel, by pulling out spirals. It is also possible to install left and right coils in the trough of the screw conveyor.
