Vibro extractors

Vibro extractors are intended to provide efficient and effective discharge of material in a controlled manner from a silo or hopper. Many materials are slow-flowing, and the use of a vibrator ensures that the material, whether it is fibrous, granular or finely divided, flows out of the silo.

Simple and solid construction (easy and safe handling). Small overall dimensions enable space saving (vertically). Eliminates degradation, segregation, sudden discharge, and ensures complete discharge. The vibrations contribute to the material having the same bulk density by pushing the air out of the interstices, which is very important for easier extrusion.

The vibration extractor is delivered as a set, and the final assembly is done at the place of installation. Constituent parts: the upper cylindrical part, the lower assembly of the cone with cone, the inner assembly, the clamp, the elastic connection with the shells and the vibration motor.
The vibro motor is supplied as three-phase with adjustable eccentric weights.
